When we first saw her beautiful photographs, Megan's work spoke to us. My wife and I reviewed so many web site and we saw so many images of engagements, elopements and ceremonies, but Megan’s work stood out. We knew wanted Megan as our wedding photographer. She had a very busy schedule in November, so we chose our wedding day based on Megan's availability. We are so glad we did!!

I found Megan to be one of the most genuine individuals I have ever meet. She is kind! She is friendly. She clearly enjoys her work - and she enjoys people. In addition though, Megan is highly empathetic. Honestly, I think that is a key to how she is able capture the connection between a bride and groom or photograph a heartfelt smile of a proud Father of the Bride.

Megan took time to speak with us one evening after we reached out to her. She was wonderful! We were newly engaged, and had so many ideas about where we wanted to be married. Megan invested the time to learn about our desires, and she provided options. Megan shared information on venues and timing and many other things. Even before we had contracted with her, she helped us find our way to the perfect location.

"Out of all the vendors we had at our wedding, I can 100% say that Megan was the most talented, professional, and fun to work with! She was very communicative throughout the process and made sure to ask me about ALL of my preferences. She knew great spots for our engagement photos and gave directions for posing, making the whole session painless and not awkward at all.

For our wedding day, I really appreciated that she asked me about particular shots I wanted, whether it be group photos or a certain style I had seen and liked. On the day of, she and her second photographer Zeke were incredible. They got so many amazing candid AND posed photographs without interfering in the natural flow of our day. “I'll begin by saying that Meg is THE BEST! Arka and I found her on instagram and immediately fell in love with her image tones and compositions. We were planning to have a beach intimate wedding in Carmel and we were so lucky to have Meg as our photographer. She in fact, played a big part in planning out our DIY beach wedding and also our City Hall ceremony.

We first met her during our engagement shoot. We were both very nervous about getting photographed; but within a few minutes we felt so comfortable. She made us forget that it was a "photo-session". We were just having fun! Meg sent us a questionnaire while planning the photo session, to make the experience personalized. Her questionnaire is very well designed and thought provoking. Arka and I have been together for such long time, that we sometimes forget how to cherish little things in life.

Meg and Zeke (the boyfriend and assistant 😊) covered our wedding at Carmel. They were the sweetest duo. Not only are they super professional, hard working and efficient, but they are such amazing people. They scouted the place out and took us to a little hiking tour to capture all the magical portraits. The hike was my favorite part of the day! Zeke even carried my jacket and Meg offered her extra pair of slippers to make the rocky hike comfortable for me!

Finally, speaking about the photos... I'm just lost for words, of how amazing they were! We had such a hard time narrowing them down to our favorites for printing and sharing.They were all so amazing! Meg (and Zeke) captured every little moments and made them look so magical and dreamy and beautiful! Thanks to Meg, we can relive the day over and over again by just sweeping through our photo gallery. No matter what the weather or place is like, Meg knows how to work her magic into her work!

We would be so honored to work with her again! We would totally treat ourselves to Meg's Marvels Photography session, at our next big milestone as a couple!”

My favorite part of working with her is that she is not just our photographer for the X hours we’ve booked her, but she went above and beyond to help with every stage of the process to make the day special and memorable.

During the planning phase, she would ask questions to understand what we are looking for and our preferences, came up with ideas that were extremely helpful for us to navigate our options, and then sent us a proposal including a detailed schedule of shots at each location/scene, which not only helped us stay on track on the shooting day, but also made sure we knew exactly what to expect and to prepare for. On the shooting day, Megan was super easy to work with. She was flexible and creative. She would tell us exactly how to pose and where to look.
